Application:

Xcellon Gasket w/ 1A - is an excellent polyolefin laminated material use for duct insulation under slab insulation, pipe and large tank insulation as an efective seal against water, dust, air, noise, and vibration as well as being used for bonding together of a variety of materials.

Features:

  • Xcellon Gasket w/ 1A - A polyolefin material and adhesion levels is well suited for our customer's needs. These foam tape products can be supplied in a single coated adhesive foam tapes as well as double coated adhesive foam tapes used in all industries.
  • Characteristics
    Xcellon Gasket - is a very strong and resilient polyolefin material. It is made from polyofelin resin with fire retardant which will burn with a slow, smoldering flame upon heating to high temperature.

    PSA - is designed with a balance between flow and resistance to flow. It has strength because the adhesive is hard enough to resist flow when stress is applied to the bond.
  • Vesatility - Aside from sealing used, It is widely used as acoustic insulation for automotive application. It may also be used for structural engineering.
